Thomas Isaacs is a Consulting Professor at the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University and Director of the Office of Planning and Special Studies at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. His career with the Department of Energy has spanned more than two decades; he has managed many policies and programs that advance nuclear power and issues associated with security, waste management, and public trust. He is the Research Coordinator for the American Çï¿ûÊÓƵ’s Initiative on the Global Nuclear Future.
