Pam Hendrickson
Pam Hendrickson joined The Riverside Company in 2006 as COO and she currently serves as Vice Chairman. In this capacity, she monitors and manages policy, political and legislative risk for Riverside and its portfolio companies. She also supervises several of Riverside’s funds and sits on the Riverside Investment Council. Riverside is a global multi strategy private equity firm that partners with small companies and helps them grow by providing both financial and intellectual capital. Prior to joining Riverside, she served for 22 years at JP Morgan Chase with senior roles in both the Real Estate Division and the Private Bank.
She is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of the American Investment Council, is the past Chairman of the Board of the Association for Corporate Growth and has been a member of the board of the Small Business Investor Alliance. She is also Vice Chairman of the advisory board of the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University and a Trustee of the National Humanities Center, where she chairs the audit committee.
Pam earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Public Policy and History from Duke University.
