Kelleen Leishman Potter is the Executive Director of Utah Ranked Choice Voting, and the former mayor of Heber City, Utah. Kelleen served as the Director of Elections for the State of Utah and has been involved in various aspects of government service. She was an adjunct professor of American Government and has served as a member of many state and local committees and non-profit boards.
Kelleen specializes in public speaking, non-profit management and government relations. Kelleen holds an MPA from Brigham Young University.
