Professor Howard L. Rosenthal is a Professor of Politics at New York University. Prior to his position at NYU, he served as the Roger Williams Straus Professor of Social Sciences and Professor of Politics at Princeton University and Professor at Carnegie-Mellon University. His research interests include political economy, American politics, political methodology, and comparative politics. Some of his publications include, What Do We Owe Each Other, Ideology and Congress, Polarized America: The Dance of Ideology and Unequal Riches, and Credit Markets for the PoorHe is highly regarded for his work which is seen through his awards such as the Duncan Black Award and C.Q. Press Award.
