Eugene Volokh is the Thomas M. Siebel Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and the Gary T. Schwartz Distinguished Professor of Law Emeritus and Distinguished Research Professor at UCLA School of Law. He is the author of The First Amendment and Related Statutes: Law, Cases, Problems and Policy Arguments (8th ed., 2024) and Academic Legal Writing: Law Review Articles, Student Notes, Seminar Papers, and Getting on Law Review (5th ed., 2016). He has written extensively on the First Amendment and on law and technology.
