Alexander Tsesis is Professor and D’Alemberte Chair in Constitutional Law at the Florida State University College of Law. He is the General Series Editor of Cambridge University Press’s Studies on Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, and Oxford University Press’s Theoretical Perspectives in Law. And he is the author of, most recently, Free Speech in the Balance (2020), Constitutional Ethos: Liberal Equality for the Common Good (2017), and For Liberty and Equality: The Life and Times of the Declaration of Independence (2012).
