Aimée Eubanks Davis is the founder and CEO of Braven, a national nonprofit organization that works to ensure that first-generation and low-income college students have the skills, confidence, networks and experiences they need to land strong first jobs. Davis previously worked for Teach for America for over ten years, where she held a variety of roles, including Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of Public Affairs and Engagement. Her honors include being a 2023 John P. McNulty Prize winner, a 2020 Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow, a 2019 Obama Foundation Fellow, a Pahara-Aspen Fellow, a member of the Global Aspen Leadership Network, a Braddock Scholar, a Draper Richards Foundation Entrepreneur, and a Camelback Ventures Fellow. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College.
