The Winter 2020 issue of æ岹ܲ, "Women & Equality" celebrates the ratification of the Nineteenth Amendment and assesses the remaining obstacles towards equality. Ƶ members joined an interactive virtual discussion with Debora L. Spar, author of Good Fellows: Men’s Role & Reason in the Fight for Gender Equality and Frances McCall Rosenbluth, co-author of The Dilemma of Gender Equality: How Labor Market Regulation Divides Women by Class, as they reflected on their essays in light of COVID-19.
